Mistakes, rejections and hard moments do not have the power to change your worth. Sometimes things do not turn out the way we expected, but that does not mean you are less important. God does not define your identity by a result. He sees beyond a single moment and stays at your side through the whole process.

Michael Jordan was not chosen for his school's main basketball team. For many people, that moment would have been reason enough to give up. To think, “I am not good enough for this.” But Michael decided to act differently.

Instead of giving up, he began to train with even more discipline. He practiced before class and after class. He tried again, without losing heart. Not because someone was watching, but because he decided that one moment would not define who he was. That “no” did not change his worth. It was simply part of the process.

Sometimes we think that when something does not work out, it says something about who we are. That one mistake or one rejection can define our worth. But God shows us another truth. Your worth does not change when you win, and it does not change when you lose.

You have worth because God created you and has loved you deeply since long before you were born. Jesus gave His own life for you, to give you life, and life in abundance.
