Reflection
All of us go through moments when we feel afraid, unsure, or nervous. God does not expect you to carry it all by yourself. He stays close even on the hard days, and He can also use people to walk with you, to help you, and to remind you that you are never completely alone. Emma was nervous, because the next day she had to present a project in front of her whole class. The more she thought about it, the more afraid she felt. She pictured herself getting it wrong, forgetting her words, or everyone staring at her.
That night, she had a hard time falling asleep.
Before bed, her mom came into the room and noticed that something was not right. She sat down beside her, and the two of them started talking. Emma finally said what she had been holding in for hours: "I'm scared."
Her mom held her hand and reminded her of something important: "You do not have to face this alone." Then they prayed together. The fear did not disappear completely in that moment, but Emma felt peace as she remembered that she was not alone.
Challenges often look bigger when we think we have to face them without help. But God does not abandon us in the hard moments.
He stays close when we feel afraid, when we have doubts, or when we are facing our insecurities. And He often uses other people to remind us that we are not alone on the road.
